The food here is so good I love their pupusas my friend brought me here it's so good I highly recommend this restaurant I believe it's a family owned restaurant small in a shopping center and and the food taste like its home made food. Again I highly recommend it.
The best pupusas in North Hollywood!
This pupuseria is more than words can describe. The size of the pupusas is perfect not overly big and the filling is evenly spread throughout the pupusas so you won’t get just masa as you eat your pupusas so far I’ve had revueltas, queso con frijol, queso con loroco, queso y chicharon and they all taste great. The curtido is just right and it has a little kick of spice. The salsa complements the curtido as well. I’ve also tried their pan con pollo and the recaudo reminds me so much of my late grandma's panes. The pastelitos de res are crunchy and tasty and it’s another thing I just love from this place the seasoning on the res is really tasty. And let me say the horchata and ensalda are good it’s my go-to drink to pair with my food when I come out to eat here. And when I see the owner in the kitchen I know the food is gonna be extra tasty cause she gets down. She, her husband, and her kids are sweet and welcoming and I always feel like I’m visiting family when I come through.
Pros: Delicious! They have two pupusa sizes: small and big. The small ones are 1.25 and the big ones are 1.75. The big ones are average size regular pupusas. I think the prices are really competitive because I've been to places that charge crazy prices like 3 for a pupusa or so. They take credit cards which is a big plus for it being a small restaurant, the staff is friendly, and the orders come out relatively quickly. Also, I asked for pupusas to be packaged separately so I can take them for lunch the next day and they gladly did that for me -- providing me with a generous portion of curtido and salsa.Cons: none. If any, I'd say that it may be the very humble inner and outer appearance of the restaurant
I love this popuseria place best place , they make them delicious and I have never found any inconvenience here I tried 4 other near by pupusa places and they were not it nothing compares I should of reviewed years ago. Parking is complicated sometimes so call in advance for pickup and pay when pick up
One of the best 'pupuserías' I have tried lately. The 'curtido' and 'salsa' are also very genuine. The place itself is kind of small, but clean-looking. Employees are very friendly, and prices are fair. If crowded, just order to go. I will definitely come back.
A tiny little place pretty busy all the time 5-6 tables, fam business attended and run by them, very well known by the famous salvadorian pupusas!! And all the appetizers and main dishes, they make their own fresh fruit waters, yummy reasonably prices in spite of the recession..!! Believe or not, the key to a speedy service is to call in to be ready when you get there, the downside... good luck if you find a table when you get there, just kidding very recommended
One of the best tasting pupusas in the San Fernando valley. Well worth the price as this business actually fills up the. Whole pupusa with food inside. Reasonable wait time as well. Order in advance by phone.
